I will never forget teaching Teddy yoga. He was so excited and could not believe that his Titi Santa was a Yoga class. I taught him his first head stand; we meditated, made up poses, and his very favorite, chanted OM. I will forever remember the many laughs, giggles and great time. Hindus believe that we live forever, and so i know that my Theodore lives forever, in my heart and in the heart of many.
